Delivery

International Parcels

​

International parcels can be sent with Post or DHL, the client decides. Please contact us to find out an estimate cost of delivery for your order.

​

Taxes

​

In case of international shipping, all the customs taxes or other taxes resulting in the shipment will be paid by the customer.

 

Because the world is so vast and regulations are different from country to country we cannot estimate this part, it is the duty of the customer to ask local authorities about such matters.

How do I pay?

Pay by card

​

As soon as the order is received and all of the initial formalities are done we will send you a payment link on email and you can pay by card.

​

Bank Transfer​

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, all the bank details will be present in the sent invoice. Please take into account that the bank fees will be covered by the customer.

​

We will send you an email when your transfer is visible on our side.

Return

Return​

​

Personalized products or products that are made to measure cannot be returned.

 

Defects

​

If on arrival of the package you notice the package is damages or has defects, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.

​

If by mistake we send the wrong product, we will cover all the costs of return.

​

How Do I ORDER?

Place an order​

You can also order products  that are not in stock or modify existing ones - section ON DEMAND.

​

You can place an order on the site, phone, email or social media.

​

View the product you want to buy, consult the size guide to choose the right size, select the size and press the "add to cart" button.

How to I know if my order was received?

​

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the details of your order. A consultant will also contact you as soon as possible.
